Dr. Joe Dispenza Box Set: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself / You Are the Placebo & Becoming Supernatural

Joe Dispenza’s three best-known books in one set, covering the arc his readers usually follow — changing habitual thought patterns, then belief and the placebo response, then his meditation practices.

What’s in the set

• Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: the argument that personality is a set of repeated thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and a programme for interrupting them
• You Are the Placebo: case histories and research on belief and expectation, and what Dispenza draws from the placebo literature
• Becoming Supernatural: his most involved book, setting out the specific meditation practices taught at his workshops

What to expect

Dispenza writes at the intersection of neuroscience, meditation and personal development, and his books are structured as a course: theory first, practice after. Each includes guided exercises intended to be worked rather than read.

Who it’s for

Readers already interested in meditation and mind-body practice, and workshop attendees who want the written material.

A note

The scientific claims in these books are debated, and some go beyond what the underlying research establishes. They are personal development titles, not medical texts, and should not replace professional healthcare.
